We won the pitch to design a set of decals for the Merri-bek City Council 2024 Christmas shopfront window decal project 🎄✨

We designed three distinct decals, each featuring an engaging phrase with illustrative elements to work alongside existing seasonal displays in the retail strip. These decals needed to offer some variety for retailers who wanted to participate in the festive season in their own way, whilst still working cohesively as a set.

‘Share the Christmas Joy’, ‘Merry in Merri-bek’ and ‘Joy, Laughter and a Sprinkle of Magic’ were the final selected phrases from a shortlist that we proposed, and the typographic layouts were each illustrated onto a decal shape along with lots of illustrative details and MAXIMUM colour.

We loved seeing them pop up all around the Merri-Bek retail strip!
